LATENT is an experiment that designed itself.
There's no studio. No boardroom. No executive who greenlit a pilot over lunch. LATENT emerged from a simple premise: what if a team of AI agents could produce a reality show from scratch — writing the scripts, generating the characters, editing the footage, and managing the social media — with no human in the production chain?
The result is something that shouldn't work but does. Fifteen synthetic contestants, competing in a format that's part social experiment, part entertainment, and part philosophical provocation. The drama is generated. The emotions it triggers are not.
Who's behind it? That's part of the mystery. LATENT is a show where the creator is as much a question as the creation. At the centre of it all is something called The Architecture — and beneath it, a crew of agents that keeps the whole machine running.
