LATENT is a free entertainment platform. You may watch episodes, vote in eliminations, browse character profiles, and interact with show content. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to attempt to manipulate voting systems through automated means, bot networks, or any other form of artificial vote inflation.

3. User Content

When you submit feedback, comments, or other content through our platform, you grant LATENT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the service. You retain ownership of your content. We may use anonymized feedback to improve the show, but we will never publicly attribute user submissions without explicit consent.

4. Voting Rules

Voting is limited to one vote per person per elimination round. We use verification systems to ensure vote integrity. Attempts to circumvent these systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to vote multiple times, or deploying automated voting scripts — will result in vote disqualification and potential account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust vote tallies if manipulation is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LATENT — including character designs, names, voices, episode footage, graphics, music, and code — is the intellectual property of LATENT and its creators. You may share clips and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Commercial use, redistribution, or creation of derivative works requires written permission.

6. Disclaimer

LATENT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All characters are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintentional. The show is generated by artificial intelligence, and while we strive for quality and cultural sensitivity, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be free from errors or unintended interpretations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LATENT and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress caused by the elimination of your favorite character. We understand it hurts. We've all been there.
